Seac Paghe Web represents an interactive channel between the company, employees and the payroll office for the management of attendance, stampings and for sending documents.The App allows you to request proof of presence and absence directly from your smartphone, as if you were operating on the Seac Paghe Web portal.Authorized accounts can approve or reject pending vouchers, with relative automatic insertion (if approved) on the employees attendance sheet, thus simplifying and speeding up the workflow.The App also allows you to enter entry or exit stamps without having to have a specific hardware detection system or badge for employees.In order to improve and simplify communication, a document form is also available that allows you to receive and send documents from company to employee and, in the opposite direction, from employee to company. All payroll documents, such as payslips or single certification, can therefore be sent directly to employees in digital format, allowing them to be viewed directly from the App.
